A second example of lemon law is when you have taken the vehicle to the repair shop multiple times for the same problem. Sometimes vehicle problems are ongoing and continuous. The dealership repair shop might have tried to repair the vehicle, but has been unable to do so after multiple attempts.

Third, there may be different problems that the vehicle has experienced. There were multiple repair visits. Now the vehicle is most likely a lemon law case vehicle even if the vehicle is now fixed it may still be a case.
