His staunch support of tort "reform" can definitely be seen as one of President Bush's signature positions. Can we hope that the Obama administration will reverse course? This prior post explains why even if Obama does become a champion of Civil Justice issues, reversing the damage by Bush's last-minute rule making would be no simple task.
