On New York Personal Injury Law Blog, Eric Turkewitz writes about the issues surrounding the potential liability of drugmaker Baxter, for a drug containing an unapproved counterfeit ingredient that may have killed 19 people. He writes from personal experience, having represented a 16 year-old New Yorker in one of the few counterfeit drug lawsuits in the country. Very insightful stuff. Check it out.
