New York City can't submit "secret arguments" about why information on police surveillance of protesters at the RNC in 2004 should be kept confidential. This would be "antithetical to our adversary system of justice," the judge wrote in this lawsuit filed by the New York Civil Liberties Union on behalf of arrested protesters. Read the article here.
