What’d I miss?
Dear Tort Deform Readers:
Please excuse my absence from the blogosphere today. I had to take NYC's unhealthy housing market to the doctor. Luckily, we were able to stop off at DMI's Marketplace of Ideas where we got Boston Mayor Thomas Menino's prescription for the common cold affordable housing market. I think NYC, if it takes this in appropriate dosage, might just be able to kick the ugly bug.
I'll do any make-up work I need to do in order to catch up. I've even borrowed notes:
For writing class, I borrowed notes from NY Personal Injury Law Blog on 12 tips on blogging, and from Prescription Access Litigation blog on how to blog in language that doesn't make people want to skip class (it looks like TortDeform is doing pretty well on that).
I borrowed notes from Public Citizen on how the way the lending industry does business should be ancient history.
For Government class, I borrowed notes from People Over Profits on the CPSC's recalling Halloween candy 16 days after Halloween. Scary.
I also got current events notes from Sui Generis, so I'm all caught up on recent happenings in NY in the law.
Also, please excuse me from gym class--I don't feel like playing badminton today.
