Yesterday on Tort Deform I included an announcement from Public Citizen about their newly released report on mandatory binding arbitration and credit cards. As a follow up, here’s a link to the report.
Also on Tort Deform yesterday was the text of John Kerry’s consumer-friendly letter urging the FDA not to exclude consumers from discussions on consumer product safety. As a follow up to that, this AFL-CIO blog discusses consumers’ efforts to make their voices heard, even if they’re not going to be invited to some sorry ol’ convention.
