Kids to Sue to Be With Mom and Dad

According to this Seattle Times article, kids may be able to sue to get their parents' once-terminated parental rights reinstated. This is a brand new legal question in Washington State, where the law is literally still being written on the issue. The preliminary hearing for the lawsuit--filed by two brothers who wish to be removed from foster care and reunited with their parents--happened yesterday. The two teenagers have court appointed attorneys.
