H.Rep Hearing on Mandatory Arb—10:30am TODAY!

At 10:30 the House of Reps. will hear witness tesitimony on the question of whether Mandatory Binding Arbitration Agreements are fair for consumers.

TortDeform contributors Paul Bland and Jordan Fogal will give testimony. Witness statements can be accessed by clicking here and selecting a witness name.

UPDATE: The webcast link provided on the Committee’s page is linking to the immigration hearing from last week. I will post again once this is updated, for those interested in listening in. Thanks.

I hear there was a problem with the A/V feed, which is why the webcast was unavailable, so I still haven't been able to hear it myself. But perhaps one of the witnesses will post something!
Until then, you can visit the hearing webpage for more info, or go straight to Jordan Fogal's or E. Paul Bland, Jr.'s testimony.
