Governor vetoes lawsuit reform bill

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Gov. Brad Henry on Saturday vetoed a controversial lawsuit reform bill.

Henry said several provisions of Senate Bill 507 were unconstitutional, unduly restricted access to the court system and didn’t do enough to curb frivolous lawsuits. (keep reading)
