This is not the sexiest tv show, but it gives a quick and accessible overview of the threat posed by the increasing use of preemption arguments to curtail access to the courts for injured plaintiffs.
Brian Wolfman, Director of Public Citizen’s Litigation Group, recently wrote a critique of preemption arguments for Tort Deform (available here).

This is tele-vision (Greek τῆλε "tele", far, and Latin visio-n, sight) but with 20/20 hindsight and becoming the megaphone of Levin Papantonio lawfirm. Scaremongering by TV (infact owning one) and getting paid for that . How sexy !
