BETHESDA, MD, 05 February 2007 — Most pediatricians endorse reporting medical errors to hospitals and disclosing them to patients' families, but only 39% thought that current error-reporting systems are adequate, according to survey results reported today in the Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine.
