Breaking Down High Health Insurance Costs

A huge part of the debate about tort “reform” is focused around insurance premiums and the workings of the insurance industry.

Long story short, tort “reformers” consistently blame lawyers and lawsuits for the rising cost of insurance premiums.

If there were only less lawsuits we could lower our premiums.

If there were less lawyers our premiums would go down.
