Sharon McCann

Sharon McCann has a Masters in Social Services and a Masters in Law and Social Policy from Bryn Mawr College. Ms. McCann previously worked with a non-profit program helping homeless women and then became Director of Program Development for their youth services division. She is currently adjunct faculty at the Community College of Philadelphia where she focuses on teaching sociology.

Ms. McCann began aware of the dangers of mandatory arbitration agreements after her builder declared bankruptcy, and her mandatory arbitration clause increased the difficulty of recompensing the $100,000 dollars in debt she was left with by the builder of her unfinished house.
