Lee Tilson, Plaintiff Medical Malpractice Attorney
Lee Tilson received a BA from Ohio Wesleyan Univ. (Philosophy & Math); an M.A. from Wayne State Univ. (Philosophy); and a J.D. from the Univ. of Michigan Law School. Since graduating from law school, he has worked at Sommers, Schwartz. He founded and chaired the Birth Trauma Litigation Group of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and has belonged to the Medical Negligence Information Group, the HMO Litigation Group, and once served on the planning committee for the Profoundly Injured Child seminar. For ten years he served on the executive board of the MIchigan Trial Lawyers Association, and has chaired the Coalition Committee and the Deposition Bank Committee. He coordinated two "Protected Your Rights" conferences for MTLA. He organized an interdisciplinary conference on Daubert at Wayne State University. He developed and ran an award winning series of New Lawyer Seminars in Michigan.
In his spare time, he plays in a garage band, reads, and plays with his children.
